Daarom zoeken we een ervaren IT-professional die sterk is in de dagelijkse praktijk, maar vooral ook vooruitkijkt. Samen met onze huidige IT-collega zorg je dat IT Operations goed draait én verder professionaliseert. Je helpt bij technische vraagstukken wanneer dat nodig is, maar jouw zwaartepunt ligt op projecten, structurele verbeteringen en het toekomstbestendig maken van onze IT-omgeving. Over Flikweert Vision Flikweert Vision ontwikkelt slimme optische sorteertechnologie voor aardappelen en uien. Met AI, cameratechnologie en slimme software automatiseren we het sorteerproces. We groeien internationaal en dat vraagt ook intern om systemen en processen die veilig, betrouwbaar en schaalbaar meegroeien. Jouw rol Als Senior IT Operations Engineer kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag. Je signaleert zelf risico's, knelpunten en kansen, vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen of projecten en zorgt dat ze worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt breed binnen IT Operations: van infrastructuur, cloud en werkplekken tot security, identity & access, monitoring en continuïteit. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met je directe IT-collega, andere technische teams en externe specialisten. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Initiëren en uitvoeren van projecten rondom infrastructuur, netwerk, werkplekken, security en continuïteit. - Verbeteren en vernieuwen van onze netwerk-, server-, cloud- en werkplekomgevingen. - Verder professionaliseren van cybersecurity, monitoring, back-up en recovery. - Beheren en optimaliseren van de Microsoft-omgeving, identity & access en endpoints. - Standaardiseren en automatiseren van terugkerende beheerwerkzaamheden. - Organiseren van lifecyclemanagement van laptops, netwerkapp...
