Start: ab sofort

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb unserer konzernweiten Identity- & Access-Management-Infrastruktur (tenfold, Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory / Hybrid-Identity)

* Automatisierung von IT¿Prozessen und Betriebsaufgaben mittels PowerShell, Graph API und M365-Tools

* Mitarbeit bei Architekturentscheidungen, Design neuer Cloud¿Lösungen und Einführung moderner IAM¿ und Automatisierungsstandards

* Mitarbeit in und teilweise Leitung von (inter-)nationalen IT¿Projekten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security, Infrastruktur, Support und Projektteams innerhalb der Konzern¿IT

* Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Abteilung

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT¿Bereich (HTL, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Microsoft¿Umfeld, speziell:

* Entra ID / Active Directory / Hybrid Identity

* Microsoft 365 Administration

* Azure Plattform (Governance, Policies, Automatisierung, Security)

* Exchange / Exchange Online

* Sehr gute PowerShell¿Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Automatisierung und Skripting

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Verständnis von IT¿Security¿Mechanismen, IAM¿Prozessen und Zero¿Trust¿Ansätzen

* Analytische, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
