Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben: 1 Senior IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Mitverantwortung für die Bereitstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Services am Headquarters Wolfurt

* Bearbeitung komplexer Incident und Service Requests sowie Unterstützung des Helpdesk-Teams als technische Eskalationsinstanz

* Mitwirkung beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsplatz- und Client-Infrastruktur einschließlich Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management und Asset Management

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung lokaler Infrastrukturservices wie Netzwerktechnik, Applikationsserver, Konferenzraumtechnik, Drucklösungen und Medientechnik

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Standardisierung moderner Arbeitsplatzlösungen und Serviceprozesse

* Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der Corporate IT zur Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse, einheitlicher Standards und einer hohen Servicequalität

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Herstellern und Softwarelieferanten

* Mitwirkung bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und nachhaltigen Lösung technischer Problemstellungen

* Aktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services am Headquarters Wolfurt

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Support, Workplace Engineering oder IT Operations

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Arbeitsplatzumfeld sowie in der Betreuung moderner Client- und Workplace-Lösungen

* Routine mit Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management und Asset Management

* Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-, Infrastruktur- und Kollaboration-Technologien

* Erfahrung in der Analyse und nachhaltigen Lösung komplexer technischer Problemstellungen

* Begeisterung daran, Mitarbeitende und Kolleg:innen bei technischen Fragestellungen kompetent zu unterstützen

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, internationalen IT-Teams und externen Partnern

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Gesetzlicher Hinweis bzgl. der Vergütung: Das jährliche Mindestgrundgehalt basiert auf dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der metalltechnischen Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich am Vorarlberger Gehaltsniveau und liegt je nach Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung über dem KV. Gerne ziehen wir deine Bewerbung auch für andere adäquate Stellen in der Doppelmayr Gruppe in Betracht. Aus Gründen der besseren Lesbarkeit wird auf die Verwendung geschlechtsspezifischer Sprachformen verzichtet. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Senior IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d) beträgt 61.033,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
