Voor een specialistische IT-dienstverlener in Hoevelaken ben ik op zoek naar een Senior Java Developer. De organisatie zet ervaren specialisten in bij grote opdrachtgevers in de regio Midden-Nederland en hecht aan langdurige samenwerkingen, met klanten en met eigen mensen. Het bedrijf is klein genoeg om iedereen te kennen en groot genoeg voor serieuze opdrachten. Als Senior Java Developer werk je aan omvangrijke backend-systemen bij een opdrachtgever. Je neemt technisch het voortouw, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de oplossing en begeleidt medior developers in het team. Je standplaats is Hoevelaken, je opdrachten zitten in de regio Utrecht en Gelderland. Je bouwt aan systemen die jaren meegaan, met de rust om het goed te doen in plaats van snel. Tussen opdrachten door werk je met collega's aan interne tooling en kennisontwikkeling. Daarnaast adviseer je opdrachtgevers over technologiekeuzes en de modernisering van hun bestaande applicatielandschap. Jouw takenpakket - Ontwerpen en bouwen van complexe backend-applicaties in Java - Bepalen van technische richting samen met architecten - Reviewen van code en bewaken van de kwaliteitsstandaard - Coachen van medior en junior developers - Afstemmen met stakeholders over planning en technische keuzes - Verbeteren van de CI/CD-straat en de ontwikkelworkflow Jouw profiel - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een technische richting - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met Java-ontwikkeling - Diepgaande kennis van Spring, messaging en relationele databases - Ervaring met CI/CD, Docker en cloud-platformen - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert helder op alle niveaus - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands Jouw aanbod - Bruto jaarsalar...
