- Senior Jurist Huurrecht - Gouda - • HBO - • 32-38 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als senior jurist huurrecht draag je bij aan het ondersteunen van cliënten bij complexe juridische vraagstukken rondom het huren en verhuren van woon- en bedrijfsruimtes. Je behandelt dossiers die zowel financiële als persoonlijke impact hebben, zoals huurachterstanden, gebreken, huurprijsgeschillen en beëindiging van huurovereenkomsten. Met jouw expertise in huurrecht en verbintenissenrecht begeleid je cliënten van intake tot afronding, waarbij je praktische oplossingen biedt en juridische processen zorgvuldig afhandelt. Wat je gaat doen: - adviseren: cliënten voorzien van helder en praktisch advies over huurrechtelijke en verbintenisrechtelijke vraagstukken; - behandelen: zelfstandig dossiers beheren en geschillen oplossen tussen huurders, verhuurders en andere betrokken partijen; - opstellen: juridische correspondentie, adviezen en processtukken zorgvuldig en accuraat opstellen; - vertegenwoordigen: cliënten bijstaan bij de Huurcommissie en in gerechtelijke procedures; - beoordelen: huurovereenkomsten en andere civielrechtelijke documenten analyseren en beoordelen.
