Boer & Croon helpt opdrachtgevers in de hele zorgsector om die keuzes te maken en om te zetten in resultaat: van ziekenhuizen en ggz tot jeugd- en ouderenzorg. Onze opdrachten zijn divers. We werken aan strategie- en transformatieprogramma's, capaciteitsmanagement, procesverbetering en bedrijfsvoering, begeleiden organisatieveranderingen en realiseren efficiëntie- en besparingsprogramma's. Ook ondersteunen we bij bestuurlijke vraagstukken en bij veranderingen waarin organisatieontwikkeling en gedrag samenkomen. De rol Als (senior) manager Healthcare krijg je, passend bij je ervaring en expertise, een rol in opdrachten op een of meer van de volgende gebieden: - Strategie- en transformatieprogramma's; - Verbetering van bedrijfsvoering en processen (oa capaciteitsmanagement); - Implementatie van organisatieveranderingen; - Efficiëntie- en besparingsprogramma's; - Bestuurlijke en organisatorische vraagstukken; - Vraagstukken op het snijvlak van organisatieontwikkeling en gedragsverandering. Niet alleen om plannen uit te voeren, maar om verandering te verankeren in organisatiemodel, houding, werkwijze en samenwerking; - Het versnellen van de adoptie van innovaties, zoals digitale processen, AI, Cloud en datagedreven werken, door te focussen op gedragsverandering, cultuur en werkmethoden.
