Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination eines Teams von Berater_innen zur Erbringung von Beratungsdienstleistungen im Bereich Data Transformation für unsere Kund_innen
  • Treiber für AI Enablement: Du entwickelst Strategien, um die Datenarchitekturen, Governance und Prozesse unserer Kunden "AI-ready" zu machen, damit (Gen)AI-Initiativen im Enterprise-Umfeld sicher und skalierbar eingesetzt werden können
  • Erstellung von Datenstrategien im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
  • Analyse von bestehenden Datenmanagementpraktiken, um Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren
  • Erarbeitung von strategischen Zielbildern, Lösungskonzepten und Umsetzungsroadmaps zur zukunftsorientierten Ausrichtung der Datenstrategie als Basis für die erfolgreiche Unterstützung der Geschäftsziele unserer Kund_innen
  • Projektleitung und Beratung bei Data-Transformation bei unterschiedlichen Kund_innenprojekten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Data Governance
  • Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem Team von Expert_innen national im Technology Consulting sowie international in unserem weltweiten Netzwerk, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anforderungen unserer Kund_innen bestmöglich erfüllt werden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Top-Kund_innen aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen
  • Business Development, Identifikation von neuen Verkaufschancen und Lead-Generierung im Bereich Data Transformation.

Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnliches
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Datenarchitekturen, BI, Datenplattformen, Data Mesh und Data Fabric
  • mehrjährige relevante Beratungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Cloud-Technologien und Datenplattformen (z.B. MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Erfahrung im strategischen Datenmanagement von Unternehmen vorteilhaft
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Starkes Netzwerk im Bereich Data Governance am Markt und Akquise-Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Verständnis für AI Enablement und GenAI: Du weißt, wie moderne Datenplattformen und Data Governance aufgebaut sein müssen, um Machine Learning und KI-Anwendungen im Unternehmenskontext erfolgreich und compliant zu betreiben
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und Teamspirit
  • Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-Management auf C-Level
  • Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte für das Top-Management verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Das Einstiegsgehalt als Manager_in beträgt ab € 64.000 brutto/Jahr (All-In). Als Senior Manager_in erhältst du ein Entgelt ab € 75.000 brutto/Jahr (All-In). Weiters kannst du in allen genannten Karriereleveln mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
