EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Senior Mechanical Engineer HBO (Bachelor) / WO (Master) Wil jij nieuwe machines ontwerpen én jouw eigen prototypes daadwerkelijk zien werken? Als Senior Mechanical Engineer krijg je veel technische verantwoordelijkheid van concept tot eindproduct. Je combineert 3D-engineering, berekeningen en testen met slimme oplossingen voor complexe machinebouw. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Mechanical Engineer werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van innovatieve machines. Je vertaalt technische ideeën naar complete ontwerpen en bouwt en test daarbij ook prototypes. Met 3D CAD maak je modellen, werktekeningen, datasheets en technische berekeningen. Je selecteert geschikte componenten en bepaalt welke hydraulische of elektrische systemen nodig zijn. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met leveranciers om technische mogelijkheden en oplossingen af te stemmen. Tijdens het ontwikkelproces test je ontwerpen en verwerk je de resultaten in verbeterde constructies. Je houdt rekening met richtlijnen, productienormen, veiligheid, maakbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid binnen de machinebouw. Technische keuzes leg je duidelijk vast in rapportages en documentatie. Ook volg je ontwikkelingen binnen werktuigbouwkunde, hydrauliek en mechatronica om producten verder te verbeteren. Zo draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor techniek van het eerste concept tot een goed werkend eindproduct. - Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe machines en mechanische constructies; - Maken van 3D-modellen, werktekeningen, datasheets en technische berekeningen; - Bouwen, testen en verbeteren van prototypes; - Selecteren van mechanische componenten en bepalen van hydraulische en elektrische systemen; - Technische vraagstukken bespreken met leveranciers; - Opstellen van technische rapportages en productdocumentatie; - Bewaken van relevante richtlijnen en productienormen binnen de machinebouw.
