Locatie Etten-Leur Taks Handling Systems Ben jij een ervaren Mechanical Engineer en toe aan de volgende stap? Niet alleen ontwerpen, maar ook richting geven binnen projecten en het team? Dan zit je bij Taks Handling Systems goed. Wij zijn een MKB machinebouwer waar alles in eigen beheer gebeurt - van engineering tot assemblage en installatie. Met zo'n 80 collega's werken we dagelijks aan slimme handling- en verpakkingssystemen voor de glastuinbouw en AGF-sector. Hier zit je niet ver van de praktijk. Je loopt de werkplaats in en ziet jouw ontwerp letterlijk opgebouwd worden. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Mechanical Engineer werk je aan het ontwerpen en realiseren van complete machinelijnen en installaties. Geen standaard machines, maar maatwerkoplossingen die gewoon moeten werken. Denk aan een paklijn voor een Nederlandse aardbeienteler of een volledig geautomatiseerde verpakkingshal bij een internationale klant in de VS. Jij overziet het geheel en zorgt dat techniek, maakbaarheid en praktijk samenkomen. Je rol is breder dan alleen engineering. Je zit dicht op de uitvoering en hebt directe invloed op hoe projecten worden aangepakt en verbeterd. Jij: - Ontwerpt en werkt installaties uit in CAD (Inventor/VAULT); - Begeleidt collega-engineers en fungeert als technisch sparringpartner; - Zorgt dat ontwerpen praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn in de werkplaats; - Brengt structuur en overzicht in projecten; - Denkt actief mee over standaardisatie en verbetering van machines; - Schakelt direct met projectleiders, werkplaats en leveranciers. Wie ben jij? Je bent een engineer die verder kijkt dan alleen zijn eigen ontwerp. Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht en neemt collega's mee in technische keuzes. Je hoeft niet per se "Senior" in je titel te hebben, maar je zit wel op dat niveau of bent er klaar voor.
