Als Senior Medewerker Salarisadministratie werk je niet alleen met cijfers en systemen, maar vooral voor mensen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid ontvangen collega's op tijd het juiste salaris, kunnen leidinggevenden vertrouwen op heldere rapportages en blijft de organisatie zich ontwikkelen. Vanaf je eerste werkdag stap je in een rol waarin jouw ervaring direct van waarde is. Je opent AFAS, controleert de laatste mutaties en ziet meteen waar extra aandacht nodig is. Je verwerkt complexe salarismutaties zorgvuldig, controleert salarisruns en zorgt ervoor dat loonaangiften en afdrachten foutloos worden uitgevoerd. Voor jou is dat geen routineklus, maar vakmanschap. Je weet dat achter iedere mutatie een collega schuilgaat die rekent op een correcte verwerking. Gedurende de dag weten collega's je moeiteloos te vinden. Een HR-adviseur heeft een vraag over de cao, een leidinggevende wil weten wat de financiële gevolgen zijn van een wijziging en de financiële administratie vraagt om aanvullende informatie. Jij luistert, denkt mee en vertaalt ingewikkelde regelgeving naar heldere en praktische adviezen. Je bent niet alleen de specialist die antwoorden geeft, maar ook de collega die kennis deelt en anderen verder helpt. Je krijgt energie van verbeteren.
