* Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung und den Erfolg deiner Kunden - dabei betreust du stets Expert:innen aus der Branche.

* Du bist die strategische Ansprechperson für Kunden - von der Zieldefinition, über die Kampagnengestaltung und -budgetierung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Optimierung aller Maßnahmen (vorwiegend im Bereich Google Search, Shopping & Display).

* Du führst laufende Erfolgskontrollen durch und behältst die KPIs und Performance-Ziele deiner Kunden immer im Blick.

* Du kommunizierst Account-Entwicklungen und Performance-Ergebnisse effektiv und lösungsorientiert - dadurch erreichst du einen hohen Grad an langfristiger Kundenzufriedenheit.

* Du erkennst Wachstumspotenziale bei deinen Kunden, erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen und triffst in der Kundenkommunikation den Nagel auf den Kopf.

* Du teilst dein Wissen im Team und unterstützt Team-Mitglieder in ihrer laufenden Weiterentwicklung.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Studium) im Bereich Marketing oder Digital Business.

* Du kannst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance-Marketing sowie Erfolge in der strategischen Kundenberatung nachweisen.

* Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse im Ecommerce und kannst gut mit digitalen Tools und Key Accounts umgehen.

* Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und bist ausgesprochen lösungs- und ergebnisorientiert.

* Du bringst eine hohe Affinität für neue Technologien und digitale Trends mit.

* Du hast eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

* Du begeisterst dich für analytische Aufgabenstellungen und bist stark in strategischem Denken.

* Du kommunizierst effektiv - sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch.

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und teilst dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung gerne mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
