Als senior ontwerper openbare ruimte werk je aan een gemeente die groener, veiliger en toekomstbestendig is. In Zaanstad komen grote stedelijke opgaven samen: woningbouw, klimaatadaptatie, mobiliteit en behoud van het karakteristieke Zaanse erfgoed. Jij vertaalt deze ambities naar concrete ontwerpen die werken. Van de eerste schets tot en met de uitvoering. Voor vandaag én morgen. Wat ga je doen? Als senior ontwerper openbare ruimte werk je gebiedsgericht aan complexe ontwerp- en herinrichtingsopgaven, met de focus op Zaanstad Centrum. Je werkt aan nieuwe woongebieden en aan de renovatie van de infrastructuur (MIP-projecten), waarbij meerdere projecten en disciplines samenkomen. Je bewaakt de samenhang binnen het gebied, ziet kansen om opgaven te verbinden en brengt risico's tijdig in beeld. Samen met andere senioren ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de inhoudelijke als de procesmatige kant van alle projecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Bijdragen aan het opstellen van programma's van eisen, beeldkwaliteitsplannen en - Maken van schetsontwerpen en concepten op verschillende schaalniveaus; - Inhoudelijk adviseren bij initiatieven in verschillende fases van planvorming; - Toetsen en adviseren over vergunningsaanvragen van bouwinitiatieven in relatie tot richtlijnen, wet- en regelgeving en besluitvorming. - Het ondersteunen van het supervisieteam en samenwerken met de senior stedenbouwkundige.
