Als senior P&O-adviseur beleid en organisatieontwikkeling ben je de aanjager om P&O en daarmee de organisatie naar een hoger plan te tillen. Je takenpakket is breed, zowel op strategisch als tactisch niveau. De rol vraagt om analytisch vermogen en strategisch inzicht, maar je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling en implementatie van het landelijk P&O beleid naar de praktijk, wet- en regelgeving en herinrichtingsvraagstukken. Ook houd je je bezig met het opzetten en uitrollen van projecten, zoals bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van leiderschapsontwikkeling en strategische personeelsplanning. Beleid, processen en werkwijzen binnen de rechtbank Den Haag leg je vast en beoordeel je op basis van jouw expertise. Jouw aanpak is doortastend, met gevoel voor verhoudingen en je hebt een scherp oog. Als strategische schakel tussen de organisatie en de P&O-afdeling onderhoud je contacten met het management om te adviseren en af te stemmen over de ontwikkeling, toepassing, implementatie en uitvoering van P&O-beleid en processen. Om die reden onderhoud je dan ook een warm netwerk. Kortom: een strategisch-tactische rol binnen een unieke organisatie die constant in beweging is.
