Voor AUTOMOTIVE SPELER in de regio ASSE zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Parts Advisor. We zoeken geen puur administratief magazijnprofiel, maar iemand met een sterke technische onderdelenkennis die daarnaast verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en collega's kan aansturen.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de partsafdeling en combineert jouw technische expertise met coördinatie, organisatie en people management.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijkse werking van de parts-/onderdelenafdeling mee coördineren
  • Collega's begeleiden, ondersteunen en operationeel aansturen
  • Werk verdelen en toezien op een efficiënte planning en opvolging
  • Techniekers en werkplaats voorzien van de juiste onderdelen
  • Onderdelen identificeren en technisch advies geven
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en leveringen nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Voorraad beheren en beschikbaarheid van onderdelen bewaken
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, werkplaats en interne diensten
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het magazijn en de onderdelenwerking
  • Zelf operationeel meewerken wanneer nodig

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust een ervaren en technisch sterk profiel.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, Parts Manager, Magazijnverantwoordelijke automotive of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Technische kennis van auto- of vrachtwagenonderdelen is verplicht
  • Ervaring binnen trucks, bedrijfsvoertuigen of heavy automotive is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden, coördineren of aansturen van collega's
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen, beslissingen nemen en collega's bijsturen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is
  • Je bent hands-on: je stuurt niet alleen aan, maar werkt zelf actief mee
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, collega's en leveranciers
  • Je zoekt een functie waarin je jouw technische kennis kunt combineren met meer verantwoordelijkheid
