IHRE AUFGABEN

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Personalabrechnung samt Vor- und Nachbereitung in einem Team

* Ansprechpartner*in für alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Abrechnung

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Personalrückstellungen und des Personalbudgets

* Parteienverkehr

* Behördenkontakte

* Statistik- und Berichtswesen im Personalbereich

* Mitwirkung in Projekten

* Abrechnung von Drittmittelprojekten (Personalkosten)

IHR PROFIL

* Matura, vorzugsweise einer berufsbildenden höheren Schule mit betriebswirtschaftlich-kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt (HAK oder HLW) oder einschlägiges Studium

* Abgeschlossener Personalverrechnungslehrgang und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Personalverrechner*in

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Office-Paket)

* Selbständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Sensibilität im Umgang mit Gender, Diversität und Nachhaltigkeit

VERTRAG

* Die Arbeitsverträge der Kunstuniversität sind auf ein Jahr befristet mit der Option auf einvernehmliche Verlängerung auf unbestimmte Zeit.

* Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeitbeschäftigung/Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 75 bis 100 % (30 bis 40 Stunden/Woche).

* Entlohnung: Wir bieten ein monatliches Entgelt von € 3.450,30 brutto (14x jährlich, auf Vollzeitbasis für 40 Std./Woche; Einstufung nach § 54 Universitäten-KV, VwGr IIIb, R1 bei Vorliegen von mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung). Ein allfälliges höheres Gehalt kann insbesondere bei Vorliegen tätigkeitsspezifischer Vorerfahrungen vereinbart werden.
