* Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Personalverrechnung zuverlässig läuft

* Bei arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen stehen Sie mit Ihrer Expertise zur Seite

* Personaladministration und Zeitwirtschaft verantworten Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team

* Mit der Erstellung von Auswertungen schaffen Sie eine fundierte Basis für gute Entscheidungen

* Ihre Erfahrung bringen Sie aktiv in Projekte und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein

Anforderungen

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Fundiertes Wissen im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Freude an Zahlen, digitalen Lösungen und neuen Themen

* Infoniqa-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Gemeinsam mit 5 Kolleginnen sind Sie für die Abrechnung von über 1.000 Mitarbeitende im #teammerkur verantwortlich. Für eine optimale Work-Life-Balance leben wir sehr flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit, 2-3x pro Woche im Home-Office zu arbeiten. Wöchentliche Jour Fixes und gemeinsame Mittagessen sorgen dafür, dass wir uns sowohl fachlich, als auch persönlich regelmäßig austauschen. Dank unseres Vertretungssystems müssen Sie sich zudem keine Sorgen machen, dass wichtige Aufgaben während Ihrer Abwesenheit unerledigt bleiben.

Wir besetzen diese Position ab Dezember 2026. Ein abweichender Eintrittstermin lässt sich gerne nach Absprache vereinbaren. Für eine 38,5-Stunden-Woche beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens € 54.183,60 (Funktionsgruppe VI - Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Innendienstes der Versicherungsunternehmen). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird individuell festgelegt und berücksichtigt Ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen.
