Bij dit groeiende digital agency in hartje Rotterdam combineer je het beste van twee werelden: je houdt zelf de handen aan de code, plant en coördineert de technische projecten en deadlines binnen je team, en verkent samen met collega's hoe AI-tools als co-developer serieus ingezet kunnen worden. Geen personeelsverantwoordelijkheid of formele leidinggevende taken - wel volledige technische en planningsmatige ownership over je projecten. Bedrijfsinformatie Functie omschrijving Je sluit aan bij een team van developers dat werkt aan uiteenlopende maatwerktrajecten: van webshops en klantportalen tot SaaS-platforms en complexe backend-integraties. Als senior ben jij het technische kompas van dat team - niet als manager, maar als vakinhoudelijk anker. - Je bouwt zelf mee aan uitdagende, complexe maatwerk webapplicaties en backend-systemen, van greenfield-projecten tot doorontwikkeling van bestaande platformen. - Je neemt ownership over technische kwaliteit: je doet code reviews, bewaakt architectuurkeuzes en zorgt dat de codebase gezond blijft - zonder dat je daarvoor een formele lead-rol nodig hebt. - Je ondersteunt en sparren met medior én senior collega's op inhoud: je deelt kennis, denkt mee bij lastige technische vraagstukken en helpt anderen een stap verder te komen. - Je werkt mee aan het serieus inzetten van AI als co-developer binnen het team - denk aan het verkennen en toepassen van tools voor codegeneratie, refactoring en het versnellen van repetitief werk.
