IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Als Senior Planer_n für Großküchen (m/w/x) ist es ihre Aufgabe schnell, präzise und detaillierte Küchenplanungen zu erstellen für:

* Restaurants und Cafés der Premiumkategorie in Wien sowie den internationalen Standorten von DO & CO in Europa und USA

* Gourmet Küchen an allen DO & CO Standorten, die täglich frische Menüs auf höchstem Niveau für Fluglinien und den Gourmet-Retail-Bereich kochen

* Temporäre Großküchen mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch für Veranstaltungen wie Formel 1, Fußball EM und WM, ATP-Tennis, Golf Turniere oder Skirennen rund um die Welt

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

* 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Küchenplaner für die Spitzengastronomie und/oder Luxushotellerie

* Guter Umgang mit AutoCAD von Vorteil

* Verständnis für Küchen- und Serviceabläufe

* Flexibilität und Effizienz in Arbeitsabläufen

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift
