Ambrogio Intermodal is een van de belangrijkste intermodale transportbedrijven op de Europese markt dankzij zijn transportoplossingen die innovatieve technologie combineren met efficiënte en betrouwbare diensten. Ondanks hun indrukwekkende marktpositie zijn ze vastbesloten om familiale KMO waarden te behouden.

De Ambrogio Group bestaat uit 7 geïntegreerde spoorterminals, verdeeld over 5 landen, die allemaal actief zijn in intermodaal transport (rail/road). Transport en logistiek met een bijzondere specialisatie binnen trein transport. Ambrogio Intermodal beschikt over privé terminals die volledig autonoom worden beheerd, een vloot van wissellaadbakken in eigen beheer en een hoogwaardig intermodaal netwerk dat professionele door-to-door transport- en logistieke diensten levert.

Om ervoor te zorgen dat we blijven diversifiëren en groeien zijn we op zoek naar een Planning – Dispatch Operator. Iemand die de drive heeft om mee aan de toekomst van Ambrogio te werken en het verschil wil maken. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zijn stempel kan en wil drukken binnen een zeer vlakke organisatie.

De Planning / Dispatch Operator is een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse werking van ons bedrijf. Je komt in een dynamisch team van 3 collega’s terecht die rapporteren aan de Operations Manager.

U staat in voor:

• Dagelijkse Planning opmaken voor ladingen/leveringen (werkverdeling chauffeurs)

• Coördinatie en controle van de dagdagelijkse planning

• Aanmaken slots voor ladingen/leveringen bij onze klanten

(Pluspunt: Ervaring met Transporeon / Transwide / Elemica)

• Instructies geven aan Terminal Operations voor verwerken van de ladingen met onze treinen

• Dagelijkse Communicatie rond Operational Performance (Vertragingen & Kwaliteit)

Voor deze voltijdse functie zoeken wij een dynamisch persoon met volgende kwaliteiten:

  • U spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands (zeer goed) Frans en Engels. Elke andere taal is een pluspunt.
  • U kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken, bent betrouwbaar en discreet.
  • U bent in staat om het overzicht te bewaren en de juiste prioriteiten voorp te stellen
  • U bent Hands-on
  • U bent stressbestendig.
  • U bent flexibel
  • U bent computervaardig
  • U leert snel
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
  • Liefst woonachtig in regio Mechelen.
