Wil jij als Senior Actuaris Pricer Non Life impact maken op de prijszetting van verzekeringsproducten die duizenden klanten raken? Binnen de P&V Groep krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in tarifering en data-analyse in te zetten om duurzame en rendabele oplossingen uit te werken. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende domeinen en draagt actief bij aan strategische beslissingen. Daarbij krijg je autonomie, vertrouwen en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw uitdagingen

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van een rendabel tariefbeleid voor de Non-Life verzekeringen.
  • Analyseren van de prestaties van bestaande en nieuwe portefeuilles om rentabiliteitsdoelstellingen te ondersteunen.
  • Vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar concrete tariferingsstrategieën en duidelijke aanbevelingen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams om prijsbeleid, commerciële doelstellingen en acties op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Evalueren en verbeteren van tariferingsmethodes op basis van actuariële inzichten, marktontwikkelingen en data-analyse.
  • Integreren van interne en externe gegevensbronnen om risico-inschattingen en prijszetting verder te verfijnen.
  • Opvolgen van kostenstructuren en verzekeren dat tarieven alle relevante kosten en diensten correct weerspiegelen.
  • Bepalen en monitoren van onderschrijvingsregels en de impact ervan op de kwaliteit van de portefeuille.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een masterdiploma in Actuariaat, Wiskunde, Statistiek of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen Non-Life verzekeringen.
  • Ervaring met tarifering, productbeheer of actuariële rapportering is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe informatie helder te vertalen naar concrete inzichten.
  • Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en autonome manier van werken.
  • Een innovatieve mindset en de drive om bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
