Als Privacy Adviseur bij RVO ben jij de centrale schakel in het verder opbouwen van onze privacyprocessen. Door je collega's te enthousiasmeren, netwerken te bouwen en praktische oplossingen te verzinnen, breng jij het AVG-beleid binnen RVO elke dag een stukje verder. Wat jij doet Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over persoonsgegevens en werkt samen met collega's uit de hele organisatie, zoals de business, juristen en specialisten op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging, data en communicatie. Je maakt ingewikkelde regels begrijpelijk en helpt collega's om hier goed mee te werken in de praktijk. Je geeft advies over privacy en helpt bij het invoeren van beleid. Je zorgt dat regels en afspraken duidelijk en goed toepasbaar zijn in het dagelijkse werk. Je vertaalt privacybeleid naar praktische werkwijzen en helpt de organisatie om de AVG na te leven. Je begeleidt DPIA's (data protection impact assessment), helpt bij het melden van datalekken en beoordeelt documenten zoals verwerkersovereenkomsten. Ook vergroot je het privacybewustzijn door trainingen en communicatie en ben je een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast volg je nieuwe ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaal je wat dit betekent voor RVO. Verder houd jij je bezig met: - Het ondersteunen van de business bij het bijhouden van het verwerkingsregister en het toepassen van privacyregels; - Het afstemmen met (juridische) collegas over privacyvraagstukken..
