Senior Process Change Manager Senior Professional Job Netherlands, Delft Corporate Functions Netherlands Als Senior Process Change Manager binnen de Finance organisatie van Exact speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van duurzame verbeteringen in onze financiële processen EN ons product. Jij zorgt ervoor dat verandering niet alleen wordt ontworpen, maar ook daadwerkelijk landt in de organisatie. Je rapport aan de Finance Director - Global Shared Services. Dit = de baan die je zoekt Je werkt op het snijvlak van Finance, IT, Operations en Product en leidt strategische transformatie-initiatieven die bijdragen aan efficiëntie, schaalbaarheid en data gedreven besluitvormingen. De huidige focus ligt hierbij op het opnieuw inrichten van onze Finance processen in Exact Online en Lucanet Cloud met toepassing van AI, maar ook op de integratie van Acquisities en verdere optimalisatie en samenvoeging van processen. Met jouw expertise help je Exact om haar groeiambities waar te maken. Jouw verantwoorlijkheden; - Leiden van complexe change- en transformatieprogramma's binnen Finance - Ontwerpen en implementeren van verbeterde end-to-end financiële processen (bijv. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) - Feedback geven richting onze product organisatie - Stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau, inclusief MT, Executive Committee en internationale teams - Vertalen van strategie naar concrete change roadmaps en implementatie - Identificeren van optimalisatiekansen op basis van procesdata, benchmarks en best practices - Aansturen en begeleiden van de projectteams en proceseigenaren (indirecte aansturing van de cross functionele teams variërend in grote van 3-7 FTE) - Waarborgen van adoptie binnen de organisatie - Samenwerken met IT voor implementatie van systemen en digitalisering van processen (bijv.
