Je zet je vakmanschap in om binnen de complexe afhankelijkheden van Amsterdam duurzame ontwikkeling mogelijk te maken. - Je werkt aan processen die direct bijdragen aan een leefbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige stad. - Je sluit aan bij een gedreven en collegiaal team dat elkaar versterkt en samen bouwt aan duurzame resultaten voor Amsterdam. De functie In de functie van Senior Processpecialist zet je binnen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) een volgende stap in de manier waarop we onze uitvoering ondersteunen en verbeteren. We willen steeds meer procesgericht werken. Niet alleen veranderen via tijdelijke projecten en opgaven, maar structureel inzicht hebben in hoe onze processen presteren, daarop sturen en ze blijvend verbeteren. Zo krijgen we meer grip op onze resultaten en kunnen we nog beter bijdragen aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening aan de Amsterdammer. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in deze ontwikkeling. Je helpt VTH en het team Processen naar een hoger niveau van procesvolwassenheid. Je brengt visie en inhoud op procesmanagement, vertaalt strategische ambities naar een aanpak die werkt in de praktijk en weet daarin beweging te creëren op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau en kijkt verder dan het beschrijven of eenmalig verbeteren van processen. Samen met de andere Senior Processpecialist geef je richting aan de verdere professionalisering van het vakgebied en help je collega-processpecialisten groeien in hun vakmanschap.
