Voor een snelgroeiende, innovatieve ontwikkelaar van hoogwaardige ERP- en MES-softwareoplossingen is Kwery op zoek naar een strategisch sterke Senior Product Owner. Deze specialistische onderneming focust op het digitaal transformeren en optimaliseren van bedrijfskritische processen binnen de maak-, verpakkings- en drukwerksector. Binnen deze dynamische organisatie krijgt de juiste kandidaat de volledige eigenaarschap over de verdere evolutie en internationale schaalbaarheid van het ERP-productportfolio.

In deze sleutelrol slaat deze expert de brug tussen de strategische visie van het bedrijf, de complexe noden van de markt en de dagelijkse IT-ontwikkeling. Samen met een multidisciplinair team van developers en consultants in België en Zweden zorgt de Senior Product Owner voor een gestroomlijnde ERP-implementatie en een toekomstbestendige roadmap. Dankzij een nauwe samenwerking met zowel interne stakeholders als internationale klanten wordt de softwareoplossing continu naar een hoger niveau getild.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bepaalt de strategische productroadmap en stuurt de continue doorontwikkeling van het innovatieve ERP- en MES-softwareplatform aan.
  • Je analyseert complexe bedrijfsprocessen bij klanten in de maak- en verpakkingsindustrie en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele specificaties en user stories voor de IT-teams.
  • Je waarborgt een vlot verloop van de ERP-implementaties en werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire softwareteams in België en Zweden om de hoogste kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je bewaakt de prioriteiten binnen de backlog en stemt continu af met stakeholders, klanten en consultants om een datagestuurde productvisie te realiseren.
  • Je neemt de leiding in het stroomlijnen van onboarding- en implementatieprocessen om de verdere internationale schaalbaarheid van het product te ondersteunen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met een ruime ervaring als Senior Product Manager of Senior Product Owner binnen een B2B-softwareomgeving.
  • Je hebt een diepgaande aantoonbare expertise opgebouwd op het vlak van ERP-systemen, processen en complexe software-implementaties.
  • Je heeft bij voorkeur affiniteit met of ervaring binnen de maak-, verpakkings- of drukwerksector.
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch en strategisch inzicht met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden om meerdere uitdagende projecten vlot te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend en professioneel in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel met technische teams als met management en klanten.
