Senior Project Lead IT/OT De energietransitie vraagt om slimme, daadkrachtige professionals. In het Project Office team van Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) Assets werken we dagelijks aan het succesvol realiseren van IT-projecten, programma's en portfolio-initiatieven door sturing te geven aan scope, planning, middelen, stakeholders en projectresultaten, zodat digitale transformatie en betrouwbare IT-dienstverlening worden ondersteund. Zodat Nederland ook morgen kan rekenen op een betrouwbaar elektriciteitsnet. Draag jij hieraan bij als Senior Project Lead IT/OT ? Jouw bijdrage aan TenneT Binnen het Project Office ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van één of meerdere projecten die onderdeel zijn van een groter programma. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Programma Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor de overkoepelende programmasturing, afhankelijkheden en waarde-realisatie. Als Senior Project Lead IT/OT ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren, plannen en realiseren van projectscope, doelstellingen en resultaten, waarbij je zorgt voor een effectieve inzet van mensen, middelen, budget en planning om projecten succesvol af te ronden, zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energie. Daarbij bewaak je continu de samenhang tussen projectdoelstellingen, businesswaarde en de bredere programmadoelstellingen. Je komt je te werken in het Project Office team, bestaande uit 15 collega's. - Het aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams, het faciliteren van de samenwerking tussen betrokken partijen en creëer je de randvoorwaarden waarmee teams optimaal kunnen presteren en resultaten behalen. - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en budget en je zorgt ervoor dat projectdoelstellingen tijdig en volgens de afgesproken standaarden worden gerealiseerd. - Het analyseren van prestaties, het tijdig signaleren van risico's en afwijkingen en het bijsturen waar nodig om proje...
