The posting

Je trekt datacenterprojecten van a tot z en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt rond alle technische installaties. Daarbij combineer je technisch inzicht met sterk projectmanagement en een duidelijke focus op duurzame oplossingen.

  • Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor technische installaties in datacenterprojecten en zoekt actief naar innovatieve technieken.
  • Je vertaalt de noden en wensen van de klant naar kwalitatieve, duurzame concepten en concrete oplossingen.
  • Je stuurt en begeleidt een projectteam met project engineers, BIM-modelleurs, site supervisors en administratieve collega's.
  • Je coördineert het volledige project, volgt de voortgang op en communiceert helder met klanten en externe partners.
  • Je bewaakt timing, kwaliteit en budget en stuurt bij waar nodig om de projectdoelstellingen te halen.
  • Je begeleidt en controleert de uitvoering en oplevering van het project, in nauwe samenwerking met de site supervisor.
  • Je neemt daadwerkelijk ownership over je projecten en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid van start tot finale oplevering.

Je combineert een stevige technische achtergrond in datacenters met bewezen ervaring in projectleiding. Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar duurzaamheid en samenwerking belangrijk zijn en je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.

  • Je hebt 5 à 10 jaar ervaring en beschikt over grondige kennis van technische installaties in datacenters.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ontwerp, projectmanagement en/of werfopvolging van datacenterprojecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en begeleiden van een team en ziet ingenieurswerk als mensenwerk.
  • Ervaring met commissioning volgens ASHRAE (level 1-5) is een duidelijke troef.
  • Duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendige oplossingen zijn vanzelfsprekend in jouw manier van denken en werken.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig, met een sterke focus op resultaten en klantgerichtheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en ondersteunt zowel collega's als klanten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; professionele kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe methoden, denkt mee na over procesverbeteringen en identificeert je met waarden als respect, inspiratie, delen en streven naar uitmuntendheid.
