SPIE Belgium, afdeling Building Projects, zoekt een Senior Project ManagerHVAC om onze expertise te versterken. In deze sleutelrol neem jij de leiding over uitdagende projecten, van renovaties tot complexe installaties, waarbij jouw ervaring het verschil maakt.

Wat je doet?

  • Volledige projectcoördinatie: Je stuurt projecten aan van concept tot facturatie, met oog voor budget, planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Jouw overzicht en ervaring zorgen voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering.
  • Complexe en gevarieerde projecten: Van uitdagende renovaties tot hoogwaardige installaties, jouw expertise wordt ingezet waar het echt nodig is. Van industrie tot ziekenhuizen, we doen het allemaal!
  • Leidinggeven aan een ervaren team: Je werkt samen met collega's die, net als jij, beschikken over ruime kennis en ervaring. Samen waarborgen jullie de kwaliteit en voortgang van elk project.
  • Innovatie en duurzaamheid: Je implementeert de nieuwste technologieën en duurzame oplossingen binnen je projecten, waardoor je bijdraagt aan een groenere toekomst.

  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen HVAC of een gelijkaardige technische sector.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in HVAC, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en de vaardigheid om zowel klanten als teams professioneel aan te sturen.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en relevante regelgeving.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset, met oog voor details zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
