The posting

We zoeken een senior projectarchitect(e) die projecten zelfstandig kan beheren.

  • Je begeleidt projecten van concept tot oplevering.
  • Je voert klantgesprekken en maakt haalbaarheidsstudies op, werkt voorontwerpen en plannen uit en dient vergunningsaanvragen in.
  • Je vertaalt het ontwerp naar technische plannen en uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Je stelt meetstaten, lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdossiers op.
  • Je vraagt offertes aan, analyseert en vergelijkt ze en bewaakt het budget doorheen het volledige traject.
  • Je volgt de werf volledig zelfstandig op, leidt werfvergaderingen, bewaakt uitvoering, kwaliteit en planning en blijft aanspreekpunt voor bouwheer, aannemers en partners tot en met de oplevering.
  • Je doet dit uiteraard niet alleen: afhankelijk van het project werk je samen met collega’s die ondersteunen waar nodig.

Onze projecten zijn voornamelijk gelegen in Vlaams-Brabant en focussen op:

  • Nieuwbouw en renovatie van eengezinswoningen
  • Groepswoningbouw voor investeerders en projectontwikkelaars

Profiel

We zoeken een collega die zich herkent in het volgende:

  • Architect(e) (Master Architectuur) met min. 5 jaar ervaring na stage, idealiter 10 jaar
  • Je kan volledig zelfstandig een werf opvolgen
  • Je combineert graag ontwerp, calculatie en techniek
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Kennis van AutoCAD, ervaring met ArchiCAD is een plus (overschakeling)
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent een echte teamspeler
  • Voltijds, 4/5 bespreekbaar
