Je komt terecht bij een gereputeerde en ambitieuze klasse-speler in de regio Kempen, gespecialiseerd in het bouwen en renoveren van exclusieve, landelijke villa's en hoogwaardige omgevingswerken. Hier bouwen ze geen standaardwoningen, maar realiseren ze échte droomprojecten van A tot Z.

??? Jouw dag als Senior Projectleider

  • 's Morgens stap je in je firmawagen en vertrek je naar een van jouw high-end werven. Daar zit je rond de tafel met de bouwheer, de architect en onderaannemers.
  • Met jouw kritische blik stuur je bij waar nodig en bewaak je de vooruitgang.
  • Tussendoor werk je nauw samen met het interne studiebureau, dat jouw steun en toeverlaat is voor de aankoop, offertes en projectvoorbereiding.
  • Je maakt en bewaakt de algemene bouwplanning en stelt de vorderingsstaten op.
  • Op vrijdag kom je samen op kantoor voor de projectvergadering met het management: je koppelt de status van je werven terug, spart over uitdagingen en sluit de week af met een toffe met je collega's.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring op zak als projectleider in de bouwsector.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, georganiseerd en een geboren planner die altijd een paar stappen vooruitdenkt.
  • Stress schrikt jou niet af; je blijft oplossingsgericht en bewaart steeds het overzicht.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
