Leid complexe civiele projecten en werk mee aan een veilige en toekomstgerichte leefomgeving! Als senior projectleider civiel zorg jij ervoor dat projecten in de openbare ruimte van plan naar uitvoering komen. Je hebt de regie over het volledige traject: van voorbereiding en aanbesteding tot realisatie en overdracht. Daarbij verbind je techniek met bestuurlijke keuzes en organisatorische belangen. Je houdt overzicht, neemt initiatief en zorgt dat projecten zorgvuldig en beheerst worden uitgevoerd. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor verschillende betrokken partijen en werkt aan uiteenlopende en complexe projecten binnen de openbare ruimte. Je bewaakt de belangrijkste randvoorwaarden, zoals tijd, geld, kwaliteit en risico's. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor goede samenwerking tussen aannemers, adviesbureaus, nutsbedrijven, collega's en de omgeving. Van het eerste ontwerp tot de afronding houd jij de lijnen bij elkaar en zorg je voor een complete overdracht naar beheer.
