WAT ZAL JE DOEN?

In samenwerking met de Head of Industry en collega project- en werfleiders, sta je mee in voor de ontwikkeling van onze (Aertssen) diensten in de industriesector. Je bouwt mee en optimaliseert de projecten en onze klantenportfolio.

  • Je verwerft kennis binnen jouw marktsegment en volgt nauwgezet de ontwikkelingen in de markt op.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten, opdrachten en projecten voor onze Aertssen-dienstverlening (grondwerken) in de industriële sector.
  • Je bouwt een mooie klantenportfolio op en laat deze portfolio groeien.
  • Je stelt prijsoffertes op voor werken of adviseert inzake rendementen en prijzen voor offertes of tenders.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de organisatie en coördinatie van de uitvoering van diverse werven op alle vlakken (technische, administratief en financieel) en je geeft advies aan de werfleiders .
  • Je staat in voor een kwalitatieve eindaflevering van de projecten die uitgevoerd worden.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een master- of bachelor diploma in een bouwtechnische richting.
  • Je beschikt over een aardige bagage (+ 10 jaren) aan ervaring in de bouwwereld, meer specifiek grondwerken alsook ervaring in de industrie.
  • Je hebt een passie voor grondverzetmaterieel
  • Je bent gepassioneerd en beschikt over een netwerk binnen de bouw & industrie.
  • Resultaten en deadlines zijn jouw drijfveren en je kan op een autonome manier de gewenste resultaten bereiken.
  • Je houdt ervan om projecten operationeel op te volgen en een kwalitatieve afhandeling van projecten te garanderen.
