Als Senior Projectleider bij het ontwerpbureau ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams die werken aan complexe civiele techniekprojecten met een duurzame insteek. Je fungeert als de essentiële schakel tussen klanten, projectteams en interne stakeholders, waarbij je zorgt voor een naadloze samenwerking en communicatie. Met jouw 6-10 jaar ervaring breng je niet alleen technische kennis mee, maar ook een schat aan projectmanagementvaardigheden die je inzet om projecten binnen tijd en budget te realiseren terwijl je de hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden bewaakt. Je kerntaken omvatten: - Het leiden en aansturen van multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams; - Het opstellen en bewaken van project- en ontwerpplanningen en budgetten; - Het onderhouden van klantrelaties en identificeren van nieuwe kansen; - Het waarborgen van de technische kwaliteit en innovatie binnen projecten; - Het coachen en begeleiden van junior en medior projectleiders; - Het bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling van het ontwerpbureau; - Het implementeren van duurzaamheidsprincipes in civieltechnische ontwerpen.

Als Senior Projectleider krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar rollen als Senior Adviseur, Teamleider of zelfs een directiefunctie binnen het ontwerpbureau. Je ontwikkelt je verder door specialistische kennis op te doen in opkomende duurzaamheidstechnologieën en door je leiderschapsvaardigheden te verfijnen via het interne mentorprogramma.
