Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung 1 Senior Projektleiter_in Planung (w/m/d)

Einsatzort: Standort Salzburg: Headquarter Wissenspark Puch Urstein

Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit, Teilzeit ab 32 Wochenstunden

Ihre Mission - gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft

- Leitung von Großprojekten und Projektteams im Bereich der Infrastrukturplanung (Straße, Schiene, Wasserbau)

- Akquisition von neuen Projekten

- Umfassende Projektverantwortung und ative Gestaltung des gesamten Planungsablaufs

- Projektbezogene Ressourcenplanung und Steuerung des Planungsprozesses

- Kooperation mit Projektpartnern, Fachplanern, Auftraggebern und ausführenden Unternehmen

- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Leistungserbringung und Planungsqualität

Wir suchen - Hands-On-Persönlichkeiten - mit Berufserfahrung

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (TU, FH-Bauingenieurwesen, o. Ä.)

- Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Infrastrukturprojekten, davon mindestens 10 Jahre als Projekt- oder Planungsleiter

- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse; MS-Project und Ausschreibungssoftware (ABK, iTWO) von Vorteil

- Führungserfahrung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau: C1)

- Zusatzausbildungen im Projektmanagement (z. B. Lean-Management, Claim) und Kenntnisse im Bauvertragswesen sowie der BIM-Methodik von Vorteil

- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein der Klasse B

Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für Architekten und Ingenieurkonsulenten - BG 4/ BJ 14 - jedoch ist ein Mindesteinstiegsgehalt von € 5.100,00 (Basis Vollzeit) vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Ihrer Erfahrung, weshalb wir dieses gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihnen besprechen.
