Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de kwaliteitsborging van een toonaangevende farmaceutische productieomgeving? Als Senior QA Cleaning Validation Engineer ben jij de expert die toeziet op de naleving van alle kwaliteits- en compliancevereisten rond cleaning validation. Je werkt nauw samen met teams uit QA, MSAT en Operations en draagt bij aan innovatieve validatieconcepten.

Dankzij jouw expertise help je de site haar kwaliteitsdoelstellingen behalen en betrouwbare geneesmiddelen aan patiënten wereldwijd leveren. Je combineert een strategische blik met een sterke focus op operationele kwaliteit.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Bewaken van alle cleaning validation vereisten en GMP-compliance
  • Beoordelen en goedkeuren van validatieprotocollen en rapporten
  • Ondersteunen van compliance verbeterplannen voor cleaning validation
  • Evalueren van afwijkingen, wijzigingen en risicoanalyses
  • Adviseren van projectteams over kwaliteits- en validatieaspecten
  • Samenwerken met MSAT en Operations rond nieuwe methodologieën
  • Uitvoeren van QA oversight binnen compliance actieplannen

Je bent analytisch sterk en maakt weloverwogen beslissingen op basis van risico-inschattingen. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en slaag je erin om vlot samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen. Je neemt eigenaarschap op en bewaart het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten snel wijzigen.

Hard skills

  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen pharma of chemische industrie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met cleaning validation
  • Grondige kennis van cGMP, EU GMP, ICH Q7 en ICH Q9
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
