Als Senior Quality Assurance Associate bewaak je kwaliteitsdata, beoordeel je wijzigingen en pak je verbeteringen zelfstandig op. Daarmee heb je directe invloed op kwaliteit, compliance en betrouwbare GMP-processen in Boxmeer. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Quality Assurance Associate ben je voor onze opdrachtgever verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct verwerken en beheren van belangrijke kwaliteitsgegevens. Je werkt met kwaliteitssystemen en applicaties zoals SAP, LIMS, Excel, Word en Teams en bewaakt de kwaliteit van master data. Daarbij beoordeel je regulatoire wijzigingen en bepaal je welke impact deze hebben op betrokken kwaliteitssystemen en GMP-processen. Je zorgt dat gegevens aansluiten op wet- en regelgeving, geregistreerde specificaties, GMP en Good Documentation Practice (GDocP). Ook bewaak je een correcte administratie en documentatie, zodat betrouwbare data beschikbaar blijven voor onder andere productie, testing, opslag en batch release. Naast het dagelijkse beheer pak je afwijkingen en onverwachte problemen zelfstandig op. Je analyseert oorzaken, stemt oplossingen af met Qualified Persons, Quality Assurance, productie en Regulatory Affairs en bewaakt een goede uitvoering. Vanuit jouw ervaring herken je verbetermogelijkheden en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties. Je initieert en faciliteert middelgrote en matig complexe verbeterprojecten binnen Quality Assurance en master data. Daarbij adviseer je betrokken stakeholders over compliance, wijzigingen en de inrichting van kwaliteitssystemen.
