Dan hebben wij jouw volgende uitdaging. Als Senior Recruiter bij Start People in de regio Zwolle werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Jij bent dé specialist op het gebied van het werven van talent binnen de industrie- en logistieke sector. Je werkt voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers zoals FrieslandCampina en Abbott en weet precies hoe je operators, logistiek medewerkers en productiemedewerkers aan de juiste werkgever verbindt. Dankzij jouw kennis van de markt, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en creatieve wervingsaanpak weet jij ook in een uitdagende arbeidsmarkt de juiste kandidaten te vinden en te binden. Je bent de schakel tussen kandidaten, opdrachtgevers en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich gehoord, geholpen en betrokken voelt. Naast recruitment ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties, het bewaken van processen en het begeleiden van junior recruiters. Jij neemt het voortouw, deelt jouw expertise en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van het team. Samen met een energiek team en onder begeleiding van een ervaren leidinggevende krijg je alle ruimte om impact te maken en jouw rol op jouw eigen manier vorm te geven.
