Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Als Senior Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel complexe wervingen als de strategische doorontwikkeling van recruitment binnen de KB. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor HR, management en directie en vertaalt recruitmentvraagstukken naar een duurzame en toekomstgerichte aanpak. In deze rol bepaal je mede de recruitmentstrategie en neem je het voortouw in thema's zoals candidate journey, employer branding, werkgeverspositionering en procesoptimalisatie. Je kijkt continu naar hoe recruitment slimmer, sterker en toekomstbestendiger ingericht kan worden en weet daarin anderen mee te nemen. Je combineert strategisch denken met een hands-on mentaliteit: je werkt actief mee aan complexe vacatures, maar hebt tegelijkertijd de regie op verbetertrajecten en professionalisering binnen het vakgebied. Daarbij coach en begeleid je het recruitmentteam in hun ontwikkeling en draag je actief bij aan de verdere positionering van recruitment als volwaardig strategisch HR-onderdeel. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de volgende onderwerpen: - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van het volledige recruitmentproces voor complexe en specialistische vacatures. - Ontwikkelen en verder vormgeven van de recruitmentstrategie binnen de KB. - Optimaliseren van de kandidaatbeleving. - Versterken van employer branding en het werkgeversimago van ...
