Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit?

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via social media, jobboards, netwerkactiviteiten en onze eigen database.
  • Je voert professionele sollicitatiegesprekken en brengt ambities, sterktes en persoonlijkheden helder in kaart.
  • Je stelt de kandidaten voor aan klanten, ondersteund door duidelijke en kwalitatieve rapportering.
  • Je begeleidt klant én kandidaat tijdens het volledige rekruteringsproces.
  • Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties op en onderhoudt je eigen netwerk.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt actief bij aan de groei van onze divisie.
  • Je neemt initiatief in onze sociale media-aanwezigheid en denkt mee over nieuwe ideeën en verbeteringen.
