In deze zelfstandige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een foutloze salarisadministratie en draag je actief bij aan verbetering van processen, rapportages en samenwerking tussen HR en Finance. Je komt terecht binnen het team Finance & Control, bestaande uit een manager en vijf financieel medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en bent een belangrijke schakel richting medewerkers, management en externe instanties. Your role Als Senior Salarisadministrateur AFAS zorg jij ervoor dat de salarisadministratie soepel, correct en tijdig verloopt. Je verwerkt salarismutaties in AFAS, bewaakt betalingen en zorgt voor heldere rapportages richting de organisatie. Daarnaast ben je key-user van het payrollsysteem en signaleer je kansen om processen slimmer, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder in te richten. Je analyseert payrollgerelateerde vraagstukken, lost deze pragmatisch op en adviseert management, HR en Finance over actuele wet- en regelgeving. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het beheren van de salarisadministratie in AFAS en het correct verwerken van gegevens en mutaties - Het verzorgen van tijdige en accurate aangiften bij de Belastingdienst en pensioeninstanties - Het bewaken en rapporteren van salarisbetalingen - Het fungeren ...
