Voor een complex industrieel project in Oost-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Senior Site Supervisor Lead met uitgesproken leadership- en people management skills. In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf: je stuurt mensen aan, bewaart structuur en zorgt dat het werk veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verloopt.

Je combineert operationele site-expertise met sterk leiderschap en neemt ownership over zowel de uitvoering als het team op site.

Leadership & People Management (cruciaal)

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van 2–3 site supervisors
  • Creëren van duidelijkheid, structuur en vertrouwen op de werf
  • Fungeren als rolmodel op vlak van veiligheid, attitude en samenwerking
  • Proactief ingrijpen bij issues, conflictsituaties of prestatieproblemen
  • Dagelijkse afstemming met supervisors, contractoren en projectleiding

Site & Field Operations

  • Coördinatie en supervisie van hijswerken en voorbereidende werkzaamheden
  • Opvolging van civiele werken op kwaliteit, planning en uitvoering
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van contractoren in the field
  • Bewaken van HSE-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Actieve betrokkenheid in de voorbereidende fase van de werken
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en optimalisaties
  • Ruime ervaring als Senior Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor in industriële projecten
  • Bewezen leiderschapservaring en sterke people management skills
  • Ervaring met hijswerken en civiele constructies
  • Sterk in communicatie, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, maar met overzicht en structuur
  • Gewend om te werken in een contractor-gedreven omgeving
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van Engels is een plus
  • Beschikbaar als freelancer
