Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung * Du gestaltest die Qualitätssicherung unserer Softwarelösungen aktiv mit und setzt dabei auf moderne, automatisierte Testverfahren * Auf Basis möglicher Risiken entwickelst du passende Testkonzepte und praxisnahe Testszenarien, die eine zuverlässige Bewertung der Software ermöglichen * Automatisierte UI-, API-, Integrations- und Regressionstests werden von dir erstellt, kontinuierlich gepflegt und gezielt weiterentwickelt * Du baust unsere Automatisierungslandschaft weiter aus und kümmerst dich dabei auch um Themen wie Testinfrastruktur, Mocking und Service-Virtualisierung * Mit Azure DevOps verankerst du automatisierte Tests in den CI/CD-Prozessen und behältst relevante Qualitätskennzahlen sowie definierte Quality Gates im Blick * Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um einheitliche QA-Prinzipien und bewährte Vorgehensweisen im Team zu etablieren, und stehst den Entwickler:innen bei Qualitätsthemen beratend zur Seite * Gemeinsam mit Softwareentwicklung und Product Ownern identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse und Produktqualität kontinuierlich weiter * Testaufbau, Ergebnisse und qualitätsrelevante Abläufe hältst du strukturiert und nachvollziehbar fest

Skills sind der Schlüssel * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder FH) mit Schwerpunkt Softwareentwicklung, Software Testing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung sowie in der Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Testszenarien * Gute Kenntnisse in TypeScript oder einer vergleichbaren Skriptsprache; Erfahrung mit C#/.NET ist von Vorteil * Praxiserfahrung mit gängigen Testautomatisierungs-Tools, idealerweise Playwright * Sicherer Umgang mit Git sowie Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repositories, Boards); Kenntnisse in Jira sind ein Plus * Idealerweise eine Zertifizierung im Bereich Software Testing (z. B. ISTQB Foundation oder Advanced) * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

Das sind die Perspektiven * Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, beispielsweise an einer HTL oder FH, und bringst einen Schwerpunkt in Softwareentwicklung, Software Testing oder einem verwandten Bereich mit. * Im automatisierten Software Testing konntest du bereits mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung sammeln und weißt, worauf es bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Tests ankommt. * Mit TypeScript oder einer vergleichbaren Skriptsprache arbeitest du sicher; Kenntnisse in C#/.NET sind ein zusätzliches Plus. * Der Umgang mit modernen Testautomatisierungs-Tools ist dir vertraut - Erfahrung mit Playwright ist dabei besonders willkommen. * Git gehört für dich zum Arbeitsalltag und auch mit Azure DevOps, insbesondere Pipelines, Repositories und Boards, hast du bereits gearbeitet. Know-how in Jira ergänzt dein Profil. * Eine Zertifizierung im Bereich Software Testing, beispielsweise ISTQB Foundation oder Advanced, ist von Vorteil. * Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch - sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. * Eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und die Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team gute Software noch besser zu machen.
