Arbeiten bei der PORR ist so viel meh... 1 (Senior) Solution Engineer Deine Aufgaben * End-to-End Applikationsbereitstellung: Du setzt Businessapplikationen samt Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL, MS SQL) eigenständig auf und betreibst sie - von Serverbereitstellung und Härtung bis zum erweiterten Troubleshooting, auf Linux ebenso wie auf Windows. * Evaluierung & Einführung neuer Plattformen: Du testest neue Lösungen, setzt sie auf und bringst sie in den Betrieb - aktuell etwa Monitoring mit Grafana oder CheckMK, FUDO für sichere Administrationszugriffe, HaloITSM, GitLab, Kubernetes und Parallels RAS als Citrix-Alternative. Nutzen andere Bereiche eine Plattform fachlich, verantwortest du die Plattform selbst. Was neu auf die Speisekarte kommt, erörtern wir gemeinsam in Workshops. * Digitale Souveränität: Du sicherst unsere technologische Handlungsfähigkeit: Open Source statt Anbieterabhängigkeit, europäische Lösungen, wo es fachlich und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll ist, und klare Datenhoheit. Dazu baust du Know-how im Haus auf, statt es einzukaufen - dokumentiert und im Team geteilt. * Interne Services & Workflowautomatisierung: Du stellst Tools mit intuitiven Front-Ends bereit - über HaloITSM oder als Eigenentwicklung in Full-Stack TypeScript - und kombinierst sie mit Workflow-Engines wie n8n. Wo es sinnvoll und sicher ist, integrierst du Agentic AI. * Modern Infrastructure & IaC: Du treibst unsere IaC-Initiativen mit Terraform und Ansible auf VMware, Azure und Azure Local voran, versioniert über GitLab, und wirkst bei Kubernetes-basierten Lösungen mit.

Dein Profil * Hybrid aus Admin und Entwickler: Du schreibst Code und betreibst die Systeme, auf denen er läuft. Setup, Konfiguration, Härtung und laufender Betrieb sind für dich kein notwendiges Übel, sondern Kernbestandteil deiner Arbeit. * Linux oder Windows - mit Bereitschaft für beides: In einer der beiden Welten bist du zu Hause: Linux auf der Shell mit Paketmanagement, Systemdiensten und Container-Runtimes, oder Windows Server samt Active Directory. Die andere Seite baust du bei uns auf. Der Schwerpunkt unserer neuen Plattformen liegt im Linux- und Open-Source-Umfeld - Vorerfahrung dort ist ein klarer Vorteil. * Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni) und mindestens 5 Jahre (Senior-Rolle: 7 Jahre) Berufserfahrung, in der du Infrastruktur und Applikationen aufgesetzt, betrieben und/oder selbst entwickelt und automatisiert hast. * Expertenwissen: In mindestens einer Programmier- oder Skriptsprache bist du zu Hause (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, Python, C#, Java, TypeScript) und arbeitest dich schnell in weitere ein. Datenbanken wie PostgreSQL und/oder SQL Server beherrschst du im laufenden Betrieb, mit Git bzw. GitLab inklusive CI/CD arbeitest du routiniert. * Open-Source-Mindset: Du bewertest Lösungen nach Reifegrad, Community und Betreibbarkeit und denkst Anbieterunabhängigkeit, Exit-Fähigkeit und Datenhoheit von Anfang an mit. * Dein Vibe: Du bist Scout und Enabler - Evaluierung, Auswahl und Vernetzung neuer Lösungsbausteine liegt dir im Blut, KI setzt du dabei selbstverständlich als Hebel ein. Die Rolle ist bewusst breit: Du musst nicht überall Erfahrung mitbringen, solltest dich aber zügig und eigenständig einarbeiten wollen. Komplexe Fehlerbilder löst du methodisch und kannst erst dann ruhig schlafen, wenn das Rätsel geknackt ist. * Kommunikationsstärke: Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse- und Englischkenntnisse für ein internationales Umfeld. * Nice-To-Have: Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte oder als Lead in einem Engineering-Team.
