De datacenter capaciteit wordt uitgebreid met een nieuwe zaal op een nieuwe locatie. Deze nieuwe locatie dient ingericht te worden met de te selecteren infrastructuur, zodat geselecteerde workloads kunnen landen in deze nieuwe datacenterlocatie. Het resultaat zal moeten zijn een nieuwe ingericht datacenter locatie dat voldoet aan alle relevante kaders en geselecteerde workloads naar deze nieuwe locatie zijn verplaatst. De hoofdtaken en/of resultaten van de Strategisch Programma Manager zijn: - Stelt met de (relevante) stakeholders de visie en strategie op voor het programma en concretiseert deze in outcome (effecten) en metrics. Naast de visie-vorming is de programmamanager ook verantwoordelijk voor de daaropvolgende realisatie, en formuleert en organiseert hiervoor een programmatische aanpak (governance, heartbeat, metrics). - Geeft invulling aan stakeholdersmanagement, stemt de strategie/visie af met de stakeholders en stelt deze waar nodig bij. Daarnaast geeft de programmamanager sturing aan de communicatie vanuit het programma. - Zorgt dat resultaten (outputs) worden bereikt en monitort dat dit leidt tot de beoogde effecten (outcomes) en aansluit bij de ontwikkelde strategie/visie van het programma, en de strategie va...
