Epiphany Senior Strategy Consultant Heb je 10+ jaar ervaring binnen onderzoek, insights of consultancy en ben je toe aan een omgeving waar je minder tijd kwijt bent aan operationele uitvoering en juist meer aan strategisch denken? In de rol van Strategy Consultant bij Epiphany vervul je waarschijnlijk één van de meest inhoudelijke consultancyfuncties binnen het huidige onderzoeksvak. Epiphany zoekt een senior denker. Iemand die complexe businessvraagstukken kan doorgronden vanuit een sterke visie. En iemand die stevig genoeg in zijn schoenen staat om goed te sparren met strategische beslissers bij toonaangevende organisaties. Waarom bestaat Epiphany? Omdat veel organisaties belangrijke beslissingen nemen op basis van onderzoek waarvan de kwaliteit discutabel is. Panels bevatten respondenten die onderzoeken invullen voor een paar euro. Datakwaliteit wordt achteraf gerepareerd. En veel bureaus accepteren dat als normaal. Bij Epiphany is betrouwbaarheid belangrijker dan volume. Daarom ontwikkelden ze hun eigen AI-platform: Lisa . Een intelligente moderator die grootschalige kwalitatieve interviews mogelijk maakt met een diepgang die voorheen nauwelijks schaalbaar was. Lisa bevindt zich tussen een chatbot en een menselijke moderator en brengt AI direct naar het hart van het onderzoeksproces. Wat ga je eigenlijk doen als senior strategy consultant? Voornamelijk denken en adviseren. Omdat het overgrote deel van de operationele processen binnen Epiphany inmiddels is geautomatiseerd, besteed je relatief weinig tijd aan programmering, databewerking of het schrijven van eerste conclusies. Je houdt je bezig met strategische consultancy. Je helpt internationale opdrachtgevers complexe vraagstukken te begrijpen en betere besluiten te nemen.
