Mit SAP SuccessFactors schaffen wir die Basis für eine g... 1 Senior Strategy Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Implementierung (m/w/x) Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 2351 Wiener Neudorf, IZ NÖ-Süd Straße 6 Obj. 16 Zentrale, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben * In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgen Sie dafür, dassaus vielen einzelnen Modulen ein gemeinsames Ganzes wird, und schaffen ein konsistentes Zielbild für die internationale SAP SuccessFactors Landschaft. * Die Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Standards für Sprache, Datenmodelle und Berechtigungen gehören zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich und bilden das Fundament einer nachhaltigen Systemlandschaft. * Wo unterschiedliche Anforderungen aufeinandertreffen, moderieren Sie Design- und Fachkonflikte zwischen den Workstreams und führen tragfähige Entscheidungen herbei. * Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem IT- sowie dem Change-Management-Teamzusammen und gewährleisten die Abstimmung relevanter Anforderungen. * Gemeinsam mit Expert:innen aus People & Culture, IT und externen Partnerunternehmen stellen Sie sicher, dass globale Standards und lokale Anforderungen sinnvoll zusammengeführt werden. * Der Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung einer klaren Design- und Datengovernance einschließlich Dokumentation zentraler Entscheidungen liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung. Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie die Leistungen externer Implementierungspartner:innen und achten auf die Einhaltung eines konsistenten Templates über alle Module hinweg.

Qualifikationen * Sie verfügen über ein Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie, Human Resources oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich. * Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von SAP SuccessFactors über mehrere Module hinweg sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Transformationsprojekten mit. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in modulübergreifenden SuccessFactors-Konzepten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Datenmodelle, Berechtigungslogik, Sprach- und Lokalisierungsstrategien sowie Integrationsarchitektur, setzen wir voraus. SAP-SuccessFactors-Zertifizierungen in Employee Central und mindestens einem weiteren Modul sowie Kenntnisse in IT-Architektur oder Data Governance sind von Vorteil. * Lösungsorientiertes undunternehmerisches Denken, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus. * Sie bringen eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 25 % Ihrer Arbeitszeitmit.
