1 (Senior) System Engineer - IAM (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben * Active Directory: Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Administration und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Active-Directory-Infrastruktur - Domain Controller, Replikation, Forest- und Domain-Design, Group Policies, Schema und Berechtigungsmodelle liegen in deiner Hand. Du sorgst für eine saubere, sichere und zukunftsfähige AD-Umgebung. Als Senior treibst du strategische Themen wie AD-Modernisierung, Tiering-Modelle, Migrationen oder Hybrid-Identity-Architekturen mit voller technischer Tiefe voran. * IAM & Benutzerverwaltung: Du treibst unsere Identity & Access Management Lösungen weiter - von Joiner/Mover/Leaver-Prozessen über Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte bis zur Verwaltung von Identitäten, Rollen und Berechtigungen über alle relevanten Systeme hinweg. Du sorgst dafür, dass Benutzerzugriffe sicher, nachvollziehbar und automatisiert verwaltet werden - inklusive strukturierter Zugriffskontrolle und regelmäßiger Reviews. * Privileged Access Management: Du entwickelst und betreust Konzepte im Privileged Access Management - privilegierte Accounts, Vaulting, Just-in-Time-Zugriffe, Session-Monitoring und Break-Glass-Verfahren. Du stellst sicher, dass kritische Zugriffe abgesichert, kontrolliert und auditierbar sind. * Automatisierung: Du entwickelst und implementierst Automatisierungen für wiederkehrende Infrastruktur- und Identity-Aufgaben mit PowerShell - damit Prozesse effizienter, stabiler und skalierbarer werden. Klick-Marathons in der AD-Konsole sind nicht dein Stil. * Modernisierung & Standardisierung: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Standardisierung und Erneuerung der eingesetzten Technologien und Komponenten mit - von Legacy-AD-Strukturen bis zu modernen Identity-Plattformen. Als Senior gestaltest du Roadmaps und Architekturentscheidungen mit und prägst, wie unsere Identity-Landschaft in den nächsten Jahren aussieht.

Dein Profil * IT-Allrounder mit Service-Mentalität: Du verstehst dich als technischer Generalist mit einem breiten Wissensspektrum und überzeugst durch ein professionelles Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung. * Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni) im Bereich IT und mindestens 5 Jahre (für die Senior-Rolle mindestens 10 Jahre) einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt IT-Infrastruktur. * Infrastruktur-Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Windows Server Architekturen, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) und Group Policy Management und verfügst über starkes Know-how in PowerShell, um Prozesse effizient zu automatisieren. * Sicherheits- & Compliance-Bewusstsein: Du denkst Identity- und Zugriffsthemen immer auch aus der Security-Perspektive - Least-Privilege, Auditierbarkeit und Nachvollziehbarkeit sind für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern Selbstverständlichkeiten. * Analytisches Denken & strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, die Fähigkeit, komplexe Fehlerbilder methodisch zu lösen, sowie die Sorgfalt, viele parallele Themen ohne Qualitätsverlust zu jonglieren, zeichnen dich aus. * Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld. Als Senior gibst du dein Wissen aktiv an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter und bist Sparringspartner für das Team. * Sensationelles Plus: Erfahrung mit etablierten PAM-Lösungen wie Fudo, Wallix oder Cyberark - wenn du das mitbringst, hast du unsere volle Aufmerksamkeit. Erfahrung mit Identity Governance Tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity) sind ein klares Plus. * Nice-To-Have: Erfahrung mit modernen Auth-Protokollen (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM), Hybrid- und Cloud-Identity-Setups (Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Entra ID Governance).
