Von IT-Infrastruktur über Managed Services bis hin zu Support - als Full-Service-Partner mit 360-Grad-Betreuung verbinden wir Menschen, Projekte und Lösungen und schaffen gemeinsam echten Mehrwert für unsere Kund:innen. 1 (Senior) System- / Projekttechniker/in für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 h/Woche)

Für unseren Standort in Neunkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/n erfahrene/n System-/Projekttechniker:in, der/die anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte eigenverantwortlich umsetzt. Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur mit und übernimmst Verantwortung in Projektabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung. Deine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und deine Begeisterung für die Umsetzung technischer Projekte zeichnen dich aus.

Aufgaben

* Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst IT-Projekte und setzt sie bei unseren Kund:innen eigenverantwortlich um. Von der Detailplanung über die Umsetzung bis zu Rollout und Abnahme. Du führst sie durch, koordinierst und bist die technische Ansprechperson vor Ort.

* Technische Umsetzung auf hohem Niveau: Ob Server-Migration, Netzwerk-Neuaufbau, M365-Einführung oder Security-Projekt. Du installierst und konfigurierst Windows-Server-, Netzwerk- (Cisco Meraki) und Cloud-Umgebungen inklusive Backup- und Sicherheits-Produkten sauber, standardisiert und nachvollziehbar.

* Optimierung bestehender Umgebungen: Du entwickelst gewachsene Kundeninfrastrukturen weiter, hebst Modernisierungs- und Sicherheits-Potenziale und bringt proaktive Verbesserungen ein, statt nur auf Tickets zu reagieren.

* Strukturierte Dokumentation & Übergabe: Du dokumentierst deine Projekte sauber und sorgst für klare Übergaben ins Betriebs-Team - damit Wissen im Unternehmen bleibt und nicht an einer Person hängt.

Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL/FH Informatik o. Ä.) und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der professionellen Systemadministration.

* Fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, M365 (inkl. Exchange Online & Sicherheitssysteme), Netzwerktechnik (Cisco Meraki von Vorteil) sowie Security- und Sicherungsprodukten.

* Erfahrung mit Server-, PC- und Netzwerkhardware.

* Microsoft- oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.

* Teamfähigkeit, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kundenkontakt.

* Führerschein der Klasse B.

* Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Gehalt

Der Mindestgehalt laut IT-Kollektivvertrag beträgt EUR 45.738,00 brutto/Jahr (Vollzeit). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir eine Überzahlung.
