Hiring

* Ausarbeiten klarer Anforderungsprofile in direkter Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Hiring Manager

* Füllen der Pipeline mit high potential Kandidaten durch Active Sourcing, Aktivierung geeigneter Channels und effizientes Pre-Screening

* Effiziente Koordination aller Schritte des Hiring Prozesses

* Durchführen von Screening-Calls mit aussagekräftigen Ergebnissen

* Verhandlung von Arbeitsverträgen bis zum Abschluss

Entwicklung von Strategie und Strukturen

* Aufbau und Orchestrierung aller mit dem Hiring verbundenen administrativen Prozesse - effizient, lean und ohne Overengineering

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Employer Branding Strategie

* Koordination externer Partner_innen

* Unterstützung bei Onboarding und Offboarding

* Aufbau von Grundlagen im Bereich HR - Einrichtung von Prozessen und Tools, Planung von Team Evens und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern

Anforderungen

* Du hast Recruiting Prozesse in verschiedenen Formen und für diverse Rollenprofile gesehen und ausgeführt und hast dabei ein klares Verständnis davon entwickelt, wie Exzellenz im Recruiting aussieht

* Du kannst schlanke und skalierbare Prozesse von Grund auf definieren und implementieren

* Du arbeitest datengetrieben und misst Effektivität in harten Zahlen

* Du hast ein breites Verständnis von Plattformen und Softwarelösungen im Recruiting und kannst diese effizient aufsetzen und einsetzen

* Du bist nachweislich in der Lage, geeignete Kandidaten sowohl in Hinblick auf den inhaltlichen als auch den kulturellen Fit schnell und effizient aus einem großem Bewerberpool herauszufiltern

* Du bist in der Lage, deine Firma und die zu besetzende Rolle überzeugend und inspirierend an vielversprechende Kandidaten zu pitchen

* Du machst auch unter Druck keine Abstriche in Hinblick auf die Eignung von Kandidaten bei höchsten Ansprüchen
