Wir sind Weltmarktführer im Bereich Gle... 1 Senior Tax Expert (m/w/d) - International Payroll & Global Mobility Aufgaben:

* Internationale Mitarbeitereinsätze: Sie beurteilen Entsendungen, Auslandseinsätze, internationale Transfers und weitere grenzüberschreitende Beschäftigungskonstellationen fachlich und leiten daraus die steuerlichen, sozialversicherungs- und payrollbezogenen Handlungsschritte ab. * Fachliche Beratung & Steuerung: Sie bringen sich frühzeitig in komplexe Fälle ein, bewerten Auswirkungen und Risiken für Mitarbeitende und Gesellschaften und geben Payroll, HR und den internationalen Einheiten die fachliche Richtung für die weitere Umsetzung vor. * Harmonisierung & Weiterentwicklung: Sie überprüfen bestehende internationale Mitarbeitersachverhalte, identifizieren Optimierungs- und Harmonisierungspotenziale und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen nachhaltige, gruppenweit tragfähige Lösungen. * Prozessgestaltung & Standards: Sie entwickeln gruppenweite Prozesse, Guidelines und Entscheidungslogiken für internationale Mitarbeitereinsätze weiter und sorgen dafür, dass fachliche Anforderungen klar, effizient und praxistauglich in den relevanten HR- und Payroll-Prozessen verankert werden. * Externe Partner & Know-how-Aufbau: Sie steuern externe Steuerberater und Spezialisten gezielt, hinterfragen Empfehlungen fachlich und überführen wiederkehrende Fragestellungen systematisch in internes Know-how und nachhaltige Standards.

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches, steuerliches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium eine vergleichbare einschlägige Ausbildung. * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in International Employee Tax, Global Mobility Tax, Expatriate Tax, Employment Tax, International Payroll oder einer vergleichbaren internationalen Tax-/Payroll-Funktion. * Fundierte fachliche und praktische Kenntnisse in der Beurteilung grenzüberschreitender Mitarbeitereinsätze, insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zwischen Arbeitnehmerbesteuerung, Payroll und Sozialversicherung sowie in internationalen Payroll- und Assignment-Konstellationen. * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten: Sie erfassen komplexe Sachverhalte rasch, beurteilen Risiken fundiert und leiten daraus klare, pragmatische und umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen ab. * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Policies im Umfeld von Tax, Payroll oder Global Mobility sowie Berührungspunkte mit HR-/Payroll-Systemen oder Digitalisierungsprojekten. * Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Stakeholder-Management sowie entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
