Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du analysierst komplexe Daten- und Prozesslandschaften und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in nachhaltige technische Lösungen. * Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Requirement Engineering und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Produktion und IT. * Du entwickelst und implementierst Automatisierungslösungen sowie stabile Anwendungen mit Python und/oder C# und förderst die Standardisierung von Prozessen. * Du konzipierst wiederverwendbare Komponenten, interne Tools und skalierbare Verarbeitungslösungen für eine effiziente Systemlandschaft. * Du unterstützt das Team als technischer Sparring Partner, treibst Best Practices, Architektur- und CI/CD-Themen voran und sorgst durch Monitoring und Optimierung für einen stabilen Betrieb.

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Langjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und/oder C#. * Praxis in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen, datengetriebenen Systemen oder Workflow-Engines sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Analyse komplexer Systemlandschaften. * Erfahrung im Requirement Engineering und in der strukturierten Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in skalierbare und nachhaltige technische Lösungen. * Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungsumgebungen sowie Verständnis für Standardisierung, Wiederverwendbarkeit und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften. * Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in komplexe Legacy-Systeme und dynamische Betriebsumfelder einzuarbeiten * Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 65.000,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
